REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

We are sure that you'll love your new glasses. However, if there's any any reason you would like to return them then please notify us by email contact@occhialibespokeeyewear.co.uk before returning the item(s).
Returns must be made within 14 days of date that the item(s) were received.

Returns should be made to:

KY15 4BU.

Item(s) can be returned or exchanged in person by visiting us in store or by posting the item(s) to the above address.

We strongly advise using a signed and registered service as sadly we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of item(s).
Therefore please keep your proof of postage until your parcel has arrived safely back to us.
We do not offer a free returns service, so please be aware the return postage cost is your own responsibility.
Once we have received your return parcel we shall send you a confirmation email that your refund has been processed. Please note that returns take up to 7 working days to be processed once received back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your item(s) back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will then send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 working days. Please be aware that it may take up to 7 working days for returns to be processed.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then you should contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, then please contact us on contact@occhialibespokeeyewear.co.uk.


EXCHANGES

We are sure you'll love your glasses. However, if for any reason you would like to exchange them you must notify us of this intention within 14 days of receiving the item(s). You will then have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

If you would like to exchange an item then please contact us by email at contact@occhialibespokeeyewear.co.uk and full instructions will then be provided.

Upon receipt of the returned item, the product it is being exchanged for will be shipped within 3 working days.
